yeah customer service is really excellent. on that day that we went to the shop,finance manager is on day off so we are asked to come back the next day, but the manager was really helpful I forget his name. He called the finance and asked told them that we came from Tauranga 3-4 hrs drive if we could able to bring home the car, and yes the finance manager process it on the same day.. really recommendable🙂🙂🙂 happy with our car and overall experience
